Jeddah, also known as the commercial capital or economic centre of Saudi Arabia with a population of around 4 million. Situated on the coast of the Red Sea in the west, Jeddah is the 2nd largest city in Saudi Arabia. In 2014, it was registered as Unesco World Heritage Site. Bringing the exquisite sights of the city, it also gives a smell of history to the visitors like a tour of a 140-year-old home which has been restored and become a museum. It has several homes like this which are empty and historic at the same time. Religion is an important part of daily life in Jeddah. Travelling along the corniche, one can come across some unique mosques, one of which was even on the wheels.
